Talentor Croatia is a member of the international Talentor group dealing with recruitment, headhunting and other HR services. Our services include direct and advertised search, international recruitment, aptitude assessment, consulting and candidate management software.
Our client is EVN Croatia Plin d.o.o., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Austrian corporation EVN AG. The company is constructing and operating the natural gas distribution network in parts of Dalmatia.
In behalf of our client we are looking for motivated candidate for expanding the EVN team:
Planning and Controlling Assistant (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
Your future role:
- Energy planning management: Gas and capacity contracting, bookings, allocations
- Financial and sales controlling and forecasting
- Business planning support
- Reporting towards management and towards group controlling
- Reporting towards regulatory agency
- Conducting ad hoc analysis requested by the management
- Preparation and analyses of performance indicators in close cooperation with management
- Support to external audit
- Assisting finance manager in other accounting and controlling tasks
- Daily office administration tasks.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Job requirements:
- Degree in Business Economics with focus on Controlling, Finance or Accounting
- 2 years of experience in accounting and/or controlling in an international company
- Work experience in the energy sector or in a reputable auditing company (preferably big4) is a plus
- Commercial awareness and analytical capability in order to work on complex challenges and develop suitable recommendations for sales planning and controlling
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced command of English orally and in writing
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel within country up to 50%
- Readiness to learn and ability to work independently
