Croatia Energy Project d.o.o. is a rapidly growing joint venture between highly successful international partners, developing and operating a series of renewable energy plants in Croatia.
Project Manager (m/f)
Job location: Šibenik, with visits to Zagreb and plants in Slavonija
Job type: Permanent employment, probationary period 6 months
• Monitor daily biomass cogeneration plant operations ensuring that all relevant protocols and procedures are followed
• Perform and/or organize necessary maintenance procedures to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operations of the production plant
• Supervise and monitor the work performance of plant operators and subcontractors including adherence of protocols, completion of assigned duties by deadlines, and quality of work done
• Maintain records of power plant inventory (wood logs, woodchips, sawdust, oils, chemicals, spare parts etc.)
• Maintain records of technical documentation
• Organization of shift work
• Preparation of reports
• Assist in project management and participation in projects, i.e. coordination of the same on the basis of assigned tasks in accordance with their own knowledge and abilities
• Monitoring the organizational, timing and financial plans of the construction site

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
• At least 3 years of work experience in similar jobs (advantage for candidates with experience in working with power plants)
• Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions
• Independence in work, perseverance and commitment to achieving set goals
• Driving license B category
• Willingness to work in the field
• Active knowledge of English
• MS Office, MS Outlook, Autocad
