Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- analyze markets and vendor conditions for quality, availability, and price of products
- estimate costs according to knowledge of market prices; review bid proposals and negotiate contracts within budgetary limitations
- organize, order and secure hotel products in a timely and cost effective manner
- select products for purchase, prepare purchase orders or bid requests and inspect deliveries
- prepare detailed reports regarding all aspects of the procurement process as required
- approve invoices for payment; prepare department budget
- work closely with the hotel management; report directly to the Hotel Manager

O zaposleniku
- minimum of 3 years of purchasing management experience in hospitality industry
- knwledge of the local market and vendors is a must
- fluent in English; German/Italian is a plus
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from vendors
- developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience in directing and managing subordinate team members
- professional attitude
- computer literacy
- valid driving licence
