Quality Control Manager (m/f)

Main Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring:
Supervise each stage of construction to ensure that construction materials, construction processes and finished products meet project specifications and industry standards.
Inspect the construction site, handle quality issues, and ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications and contract requirements.
Develop Quality Standards:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure continuity and consistency in construction quality.
Develop and review quality objectives for the project and communicate quality requirements to the project team.
Quality Inspection and Reporting:
Conduct on-site quality inspections and provide regular reports to project management with improvement suggestions.
Investigate construction quality issues, analyze causes and propose solutions.
Training and Mentoring:
Train on-site employees on quality standards and procedures to ensure that each team member understands and implements the correct quality measures.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure that the project complies with all relevant laws, regulations and standards (such as ISO standards or local building codes).
Cooperate with quality audits and make rectifications to ensure project compliance.

Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or a related field is usually required.
Experience Required: Extensive experience in construction quality control, especially on large or complex projects.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, careful observation and problem-solving skills, familiarity with quality management systems (such as ISO 9001) and building regulations.
