For our client, PARADOX MUSEUM, the most innovative and fastest growing company in the edutainment industry, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Research & Development Engineer to join their team in Zagreb.

R&D ENGINEER (m/f)

LOCATION: Zagreb

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with Chief Innovation Officer on assessing new product ideas
Taking over the translation process from idea to prototype
Executing all necessary blueprints and 3D models for prototype production
Overseeing the prototype production
Liaising with Design department to ensure aesthetically satisfactory product
Liaising with Production department to ensure resources for prototyping (workers, materials, timeslots)
Coordinating with cooperants and Production department for execution of prototype
Conducting research on suppliers, new materials and accessible products
Identifying ways to decrease the costs and optimize production
