REAL ESTATE SALES CONSULTANT (M/F)
Location: Istria and Kvarner region

YOUR ACTIVITIES WOULD INCLUDE:
- Analyzing the luxury real estate market to identify properties suitable for advertising, marketing and sales
- Business communication with prominent real estate sellers and buyers
- Processing client inquiries
- Defining marketing strategies in cooperation with the marketing department
- Signing brokerage agreements with principals
- Maintaining continuous contact with key clients
- Organizing visits and presentation of real estate to potential buyers
- Maintaining the CRM database of clients in cooperation with the central office
- Development of real estate brokerage business
YOUR PROFILE:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar or relevant jobs
- Experience in and preference for luxury industry preferred
- Minimum C1 level of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of spoken and written German is desirable
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A passion for working with people
- Goal-oriented approach to tasks and activities
- Self-initiative and efficient task/schedule organization
- High level of responsibility, professionalism and service
- Category B driver's license, possession of a private vehicle
