Summary:
The work schedule for this position is: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Duties
Locates, screens and recommends the acquisition of residential properties: (1) Searches for houses and apartments by maintaining
contacts with real estate agencies and landlords, canvassing neighborhoods for potential properties, and making use of any and all
resources where available real estate is advertised, including but not limited to online ads, periodicals, newspapers, etc; (2)
Determines the suitability of individual properties, including whether they meet U.S. Government standards and comply with all FAM
requirements and OBO guidance; (3) Coordinates with Regional Security Office, Facilities and Warehouse to inspect available properties and ensure that all properties meet security and safety standards and have the space and infrastructure to accommodate Post furniture and appliances;(4) Prepares all documentation required for Interagency Housing Board Meetings.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years of professional work experience in positions with a customer service component and increasing responsibilities.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Excellent knowledge of U.S. Government real estate contracting procedures and regulations and local laws governing contracting and real estate. Must be aware of local real estate market trends.
Education Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Croatian (Fluent) and English (Good working knowledge) - this will be tested.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced knowledge of Excel, ability to use proprietary software. Must have valid, current driver's license for the class of vehicle(s) assigned or authorized to drive. Must have had driver's license for a minimum of five years.
