What you need is:
- Degree in Psychology / Organizational Sciences or Economics; a Master Degree in Human Resources Management is considered a plus
- Mandatory experience of minimum 3+ years in HR related roles (Recruitment/ Headhunting)
- Strong communication, both oral and written, combined with good listening skills
- Organized, good problem solving skills and strategic approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP
- Able to motivate colleagues and potential candidates
- Shares Hilti values and is able to convey company mission, vision and make it attractive for future candidates
- Fluent in English and in Croatian; Additional language spoken in the Southern Europe Region is considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Work on recruitment related tasks, take part in screening process, interviewing candidates, and timely plan future changes in personnel
- Take active role in different project initiatives cooperating with HR Southern Europe Region Department
- Proactively interview managers of different departments to identify staffing needs. Develop selection and recruiting plans for each open position and act upon it
- Work closely with HR Business Partner and with HR Department located in Italy in order to align recruitment process and make sure it is consistent with overall Strategy and Goals
- Use different Hilti’s channels for talent acquisition and publishing of opened positions and make sure it follows overall communication guidelines
- Shortlist potential candidates and schedule and coordinate interviews and Assessment Centers
- Negotiate offer conditions and gather feedbacks after interviews
- Report on results obtained on different hiring initiatives
- Use professional networking opportunities to promote Hilti as a best place to work
