Regional Marketing Lead SEE (m/f)
YOUR TASKS:
- First point for all marketing initiatives and topics for defined hotels in the region
- Definition and elaboration of themes, thematic packages and offers (package design)
- Creation of detailed marketing action plans for the designated hotels
- Planning, reporting and managing of the marketing budget
- Creation, planning, implementation & control of hotel marketing campaigns, topics & promotions
- Coordination of the marketing strategy with and ongoing evaluation
- Offline media planning and buying: negotiation (incl. advertorial exposure), media buying, ad booking
- Implementation of photo shootings and video productions
- Organization and implementation of co-marketing and partnership activities: finding suitable partners, negotiations, creation and production of materials
- First point of contact for tourism board and other relevant associations
- Team lead, motivation and development of 3 Marketing Managers
- Competitor Analysis, trends and market research
YOUR PROFILE:
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in the field of marketing, ideally with team leading experience
- Experience and marketing knowledge with focus on the SEE market, primarily on Croatia and Slovenia. Other countries are an advantage.
- High understanding and passion for the tourism and hospitality industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Languages required: Croatian and very good English skills. Other languages are a big advantage
- Driving license and willingness to travel
