Responsibilities:
• Communication with foreign clients in foreign language
• Accompanied area tours and property views with expats
• Assistance and guidance on budget adequacy and market availability, searching the property according to the client’s criterias
• Conducting negotiations with the landlords on favourable lease terms (rent, repairs or improvements, pets, etc.) and closing the deals.
• Complete assistance and support in moving of the clients and their families, post move-in support
• Assistance in adaptation of the client in new location
• Support with immigration services
• Completing and collecting all necessary applications, forms, and documents needed to obtain permits for foreign employees.
• Assisting with visits to the local authorities

• Great verbal and written English and Croatian.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence (verbally and in writing);
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to work face-to-face with clients
• Experience in customer service is a +/ Strong service and customer orientation
• Experience with property viewings, area tours, and lease negotiations is a +
• Time management skills
• Strong PC skills
