On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join their team as a Sales Administrator.

Sales Administrator (m/f)
Location: Zagreb

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receiving and processing clients’ orders to assure delivers in time
  • Keeping track of payments
  • Daily communication with clients and Sales Team
  • Handling complaints, recalls, returns, samples and adjustments
  • Monitoring the proper sales documentation, approvals and storing
  • Supporting overall business and team activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or similar education
  • Previous experience as Sales Assistant or Sales Administration Support is an advantage
  • Native Croatian language proficiency
  • Fluent English language in written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, any other ERP system experience is a plus
  • Positive contribution and pro-active approach to new and changing situations
  • Ability to work in a team to achieve company goals
