About USED CONEX:
We are a leading retail company supplying new and used shipping containers and we deliver them to customers all over the United States. We’re known for our competitive prices and our consistent customer service! Shipping containers are building blocks of our economy, and their main purpose is freight transportation, but they're also needed for storage purposes at construction sites or residential properties. They can be used as building materials for mobile homes or mobile offices and more!
What does a sales agent do at Used Conex:
Advertising for the company by posting 3-4 ads per day on your personal Facebook Marketplace (the best place to advertise locally even if you don't live in that area) and using our software to get quotes and create invoices for potential customers.
You will be provided templates and pictures to copy and paste and use on your ads and when customers message you, you will need to follow up with them on your personal Facebook marketplace and then you will add the lead in our CRM system, (an easy to use the website to keep track of the leads) and then we will help you close the deal by following up with your customer on the phone. If you feel comfortable talking on the phone, you can do the follow-up calls as well.
This is a fully remote, part-time job and you can work wherever you are at, as long as you have the internet and your phone with you. You can do this alongside your regular job as long as you can post 3-4 ads a day and be available to chat with customers. Having a friendly and positive attitude towards customers and co-workers is a must.
Commission structure:
We pay the highest commission in the industry and you'll receive 45% of the profit per sale (average profit is $400-$700).
The average agent sells 4-5 units per month during the slow seasons (fall and winter) and 5-10 during the hot seasons (spring and summer).
Since the Facebook marketplace has an algorithm and some people get more leads than others, some of our agents create their own team of sales assistants they sell 30+ containers a month and they will share their commissions with their sales assistants, so the sky is your limit at USED CONEX!!
Apart from your efforts and following up to close a deal, the Facebook marketplace algorithm plays a big role in your success. Usually, people who are active on Facebook will receive more leads on their Facebook marketplace ads.
