We are excited to announce our expansion into the Croatian market and are seeking a dedicated Sales and Operations Specialist to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Sales and Operations Specialist fluent in both English and Croatian. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the baby product industry within the Croatian market. Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle various administrative tasks and paperwork efficiently.
• Support warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and develop strong connections with the local market, understanding customer needs and trends.
• Create and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
• Coordinate with the Bulgarian team to ensure consistency in operations and strategy.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows as needed.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the baby product industry, particularly in the Croatian market.
• Fluency in English and Croatian (both written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work full-time hours (35-40 hours per week).
