This position is part of the Sales organization, responsible for growing margin, revenue, share, and volume with field sales Retailers, Builders, and Associate Contract Distributors (ACDs).

Croatia

Your task in this role will include:

Developing and implementing local sales activities with Trade Partners in order to achieve the agreed targets
Following up and analyzing sales performance and payment execution
Discuss and agree sales and promotional targets on Trade Partner and its store level
Improving distribution of products, and ensure the presence of the products at the point of sales of Trade Partners
Building up relationships to all relevant decision makers within Trade Partners and visit stores on a regular basis
Finding new clients, establishing new accounts
Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

Background and Experiences:

Sales experience (experience in FMCG is an advantage).
Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods and techniques
Well organized, responsible, and a team-player
Strong customer orientation, excellent communication and relationship building skills
Fluent in English
Advanced usage of MS Office (Excel)
Willing to travel
Valid driver’s license
