We recruit our candidates in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria and Romania.
With more than 13 years of experience in placing medical staff and a proved effectiveness, Moving People is a strong and long-term partner of several hospitals, dental clinics and elderly homes. The wellbeing of our candidates and the satisfaction of our clients are our main objectives.
We are currently recruiting 1 new Sales Representative for the sales/recruitment activities in Croatia, who will work as an independent collaborator across the country.
MP Sales Representative Job Duties:
• To promote and present company´s recruitment services and projects to dentists, specialist doctors, nurses and physiotherapists
• To obtain signature of the service contract explaining all the rights and duties of each candidate
• To build and maintain his/her own portfolio of healthcare professionals until their arrival in France or Belgium
• To coordinate his/her activities in territory to achieve the company goals
• To update the online candidate data base and other reporting tools
• Periodical reporting

• Very good negotiating skills
• Responsible, flexible, persuasive
• Proactive demeanour, focused on results, time management skills, self-starter
• Personal migration experience is a plus
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Internet
