For this role you will be expected to be located in any of the following locations: Warsaw/Prague/Bratislava/Budapest/Bucharest/Zagreb/Kiev.
A Day in the Life
You will act as the Business Finance lead for the Diabetes Group in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and provide business partnering support to the Diabetes leader for CEE, part of the broader MEACAT/CEE organization.
You will also have close working relationships with the Diabetes Business & Finance Leadership in CEE and Swiss Head Quarters, local Country Finance, and the Centers of Excellence in Heerlen and Prague.
Key aspects of your role will be:
- Interpreting, explaining and driving business performance.
- Driving the planning and forecasting processes for Diabetes in CEE region.
- Supporting and influencing key operational and strategic decisions.
- Providing the business with relevant analytics and actionable insights.
- Generating scenario analyses to advise on key business planning opportunities and trade-offs.
- Managing business risks and opportunities.
Must Haves and Nice to Haves

Must haves:
- University degree in finance, business or accounting.
- Minimum of 7-8 years of professional finance experience.
- Masters/ MBA degree/ CPA a definite plus.

Finance technical competencies required:
- Investment management.
- Financial planning and modelling, financial risk management.
- Data analysis & insights.
- Business model / Go to Market strategy.
- Performance measurement.
- Financial governance.
- Sales Incentive.
- Pricing.
- Financial Accounting and Reporting.

- Business Finance/ FP&A experience (preferred).
- Multinational or audit firm experience (preferred).
