Senior Consultant in IT Audit Services (m/f)

Responsibilities:
- Performing and leading Information System audit projects based on PwC methodology, industry best practices and frameworks/standards such as Cobit5 and ISO27001
- Update spreadsheets, databases with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Performing and leading regulatory compliance reviews for banks and insurance companies in Croatia which include reviewing information systems, testing key controls and documenting reports in compliance with Croatian National Bank (HNB) and Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) regulations and requirements
- Planning and overseeing the information system auditing process and allocating responsibilities to junior and staff auditors
- directors), client representatives and providing timely feedback and project status
- Reviewing work papers prepared by other junior team members
- Supervising and coaching junior colleagues
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A university degree in Information Technology/Business Administration/Economics with preferably a specialization in information systems
- 3 - 5 years of experience gained in auditing and/or consulting in the environment of systems audit and the evaluation of technology and/or business controls supporting financial and operational application systems and related business processes in a complex environment
- Understanding of how the IT general controls evaluation integrates into the overall financial audit assurance
- Experience in teamwork and supervision/coaching of junior staff members including developing teams
- Ability to follow formal methodologies and applying risk and quality standards
- Ability to work autonomously without the need for day-to-day direct supervision and oversight
- Good command of MS Office tools (notably Excel)
- Fluency in Croatian language and advanced in English speaking, listening and writing skills
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Certifications such as CISA or similar would be considered a strong asset
