Sermon CRO is an independent, private company conducting and monitoring clinical trials in South Eastern Europe. Sermon CRO is currently seeking:
Senior CRA/Lead CRA
As a Senior CRA/Lead CRA you will be responsible for the set up and co-ordination of clinical studies, ensuring that the quality and study deadlines are carefully planned and met within the project timeline, and with respect to the budget.
Furthermore, you have to ensure the highest performance and efficiency from your team through constant cooperation and strong interpersonal relations.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting the study progress within all ongoing projects, as well as defining the project's objectives and overseeing quality control throughout the project life cycle.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
- University degree in medicine, dentistry or pharmacy
- At least three years of experience in working on clinical trials including monitoring (project leadership role preferred)
- Active use of English, both spoken and written
- PC literacy
- Driving license (category B)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Being independent and proactive, systematic and thorough
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills, goal oriented
- In-depth knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements
- Willingness to travel
