Unique opportunity to make your mark in the commercialization of groundbreaking antibody cancer treatment.
Contribute at the forefront of pediatric antibody cancer treatment
Y-mAbs Therapeutics A/S is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel, antibody-based therapeutic products for the treatment of pediatric cancer. We have a broad and clinically advanced product pipeline, including two late-stage and clinically validated product candidates. Y-mAbs has opened two Investigational New Drug Applications in the USA for our two lead products with development in pivotal phase II and phase II/III, respectively.
We plan to initiate new clinical trials in both Europe and USA this year and our innovative pipeline is expected to result in more clinical activity in near future.
New role with exciting development opportunities
To help us reach the next stage in bringing our products to market, we are currently looking for a Senior Radiochemist who will be in charge of developing and running our new production facilities at Risø Research Center in Denmark.
In this newly established position, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Technical Operations and you will be an integral part of ensuring a smooth production process from a-z, including everything from setting up a professional and GMP compliant facility at Risø, radiolabeling clinical and potential commercial products for Y-mAbs development programs, as well as acting as the key person in coordinating the various activities in collaboration with our CMO partners, which consists of both private companies and academia laboratories.
Varied tasks and great impact
In other words, you are the person in charge of making sure our most advanced products will reach the market – and helping patients – within the next year.
In this way, your day-to-day will typically consist of:
• Developing and qualifying processes and equipment for radiolabeling of antibodies together
with external academic and industrial partners. We are currently working with radioisotopes of iodine (I-131) and lutetium (Lu-177) for internal radiotherapy treating pediatric cancers.
• Providing expertise within the establishment of manufacturing and quality control equipment to enable the production and release of radiolabeled antibodies for clinical and commercial use.
• Providing and reviewing GMP procedures and process documentation for authorities’ approval.
• Supporting in the writing of documents concerning radiochemistry for regulatory filings, as well as providing knowledge on general radiation safety and handling of hazardous materials according to
local regulations.
• Developing radiolabeling of new products, including antibody conjugates.
