Tarsier develops modern airspace surveillance systems. Our systems protect against new aerial threats created by the malicious or negligent use of drones. Senior Software Developer & Architect for Real-Time AI Image Processing Systems (m/f/d)
Our Vision – Your Roles & Mission
- You develop real-time AI/ML image processing systems for airspace surveillance and drone detection, which are characterized by a very high data rate.
- You continuously improve or propose new concepts for our software architecture with a focus on back-end, both to improve performance and to realize new customer requirements.
- You integrate our software platform with other sensor or actuator systems.
- You define work packages for subcontractors and approve the development services.
- You work in an agile, cross-functional and international team and ensure that the requirements of the internal stakeholders from R&D, sales and product management are reduced to a common denominator.
Our Expectation – Your Skills & Profession
- You have a degree in the field of computer science or a similar area.
- You have about 2 years of professional experience as a software developer / architect in the area of real-time image processing with high data, preferably AI-related.
- You have very good knowledge in object-oriented software development in Python or C++ as well as first experience with the tools PyTorch, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Portainer, Jenkins or Git.
- Your good English skills, your independent and assertive way of working as well as your enthusiasm for working in a team complete your profile.
