Service Sales Support Coordinator (m/f)

For our client, an international company that is a global leader in the elevator, escalator, and automatic building door industry, as well as in providing solutions for their maintenance and modernization, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to support their growing sales and service team in Zagreb for a newly created position:
Service Sales Support Coordinator (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and validating sales leads from technicians, supervisors, and third-party companies
- Providing support to supervisors by assisting with daily administrative tasks, utilizing SAP, Excel, and other relevant tools
- Converting leads into opportunities and creating tenders for potential projects
- Communicating project details to customers and following up to ensure orders are confirmed
- Developing strong relationships with internal partners to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for supervisors and management
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- MA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of previous experience in service sales and customer service
- Strong technical and sales orientation
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and digital tools, knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
