We are a Consulting company in Croatia (Pula and Rijeka). Currently we are looking for a SMM Manger in Rijeka, ideally with experience in online blogging, to setup and manage a new petfluencer blog. This person will manage social media platforms for us and set up new blogging channels.
Position Expectations Include:
• Work place is onsite in Rijeka, Croatia.
• Setting-up a new petfluencer blog.
• Create and post unique social media content and storytelling, including making pictures and videos.
• Create maintain a regular social media posting schedule.
• Create new and innovative social media strategies for established and emerging platforms that grow and engage our audiences.
• Responsible for all organic posts on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Engage with our community on all platforms.
• Grow our audience and increase engagement.
• Flexible working hours.
• Focus on Instagram stories, reposting, and community management.

• Videography and photography skills (phone quality okay) and the ability to blog.
• Entry-level video editing skills or better.
• Must be able to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Resourceful and able to problem-solve.
• Willing to perform an array of tasks both in and out of the office.
• Can take feedback to tasks and assignments positively and create better solutions.
• Must collaborate well with others and keep a positive attitude.
• Needs to have a solid understanding of social media platforms, as well as how to stay up to date on them.
• Flexible personality.
• Creativity and self motivation.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience.
• English language skills.
