Social Media & Visual Coordinator (m/f)
YOUR TASKS:
- Social Media lead and account management for social media channels (from planning and community management to reporting) in close collaboration and following the strategy of the headquarter Social Media Team
- Independent creation of visual content (video, photo) for social media/web and in-house communication of hotel events, new concepts, and activities for all Croatian properties
- Ongoing planning and creation of engaging social media content for all Croatian properties
- Developing strategies & implementation of new social media trends to increase reach & engagement on social media for SEE region
- Responsible for visual content quality on all promotional channels for SEE properties
- Planning all visual content needs for all Croatian properties (video and photography)
- Marketing support (preparation, organization on site) for shootings and video productions and on-set support for shootings and video productions
- Responsible for the organization of blogger/ influencer co-operations in the SEE markets and accompanying, influencers and bloggers in the occasion of local hotel visits
- Engagement with influencers and talent representatives on a regular basis
- Execution of influencers’ activations to ensure brand & influencer KPI’s are achieved
- Support during the local campaign planning, creation, and implementation
- Support the Regional Marketing Lead in the organization and implementation of co-marketing and partnership activities
- Responsible for payments processing and contract signatures
YOUR PROFILE:
- Min. 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of social media marketing/communications
- Highly motivated self-starter, capable of producing high-quality content for social media
- Experience working with or directly as a digital influencer (preferred) with a focus on Croatia and Slovenia. Other countries are an advantage
- High understanding and passion for the tourism and hospitality industry and following trends in social media, top trending brands, and consumer behaviour
- Creative and innovative spirit
- Languages required: Croatian and very good English skills. German skills very preferable
- Hands-on mentality and can-do spirit
- Driving license and willingness to travel
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
