JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Define AFP Zadar Supply Chain strategy, policies, rules, standards and behaviours (written inside booklet)
- Definition of clear SC KPIs
- Inventories
- OTD (On-time delivery)
- OTIF (On-time and In-full delivery)
- LOGISTIC
- Supply Chain management and system implementation
- Definition and implementation of: SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations plan) at plant level MPS (master planning scheduling) at plant level
- Site leadership alignment, supporting SC culture mindset shift (from reactive to proactive)
- Implement best practises and lead continuous improvement projects
- Continuous training and support for SC network inside the plant
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5 years’ experience as Plant SC Manager
- Proven experience working inside SC network
- Language: Croatian and English
- Appropriate Degree
