Supply Planner (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of a Supply Planner requires independent, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:
• Building the stock based on the validated sales forecasts, supply/procurement parameters and co-packing plan.
• Determining the stock and supply parameters according to the objectives of service rate and global targeted stock.
• Decreasing shortages by analyzing the causes, defining internally the action plan and challenging suppliers about the availability dates for out of stock products.
• Defining and following the Key Performance Indicators (out of stock, service rate, stock) and communicate them internally and to the S&OP.
• Managing the replenishment process and anticipating the shortage risks by communicating priorities to the S&OP.
• Analyzing obsoletes and slow movers. Defining and implementing action plans.
• Participating to the best practices improvement. Being a Key User for projects related to local and international improvements.
• Being responsible for the catalogue database management according to local and international catalogue.
