Summary:
The work schedule for this position is:

Duties
Incumbent is accountable for appropriate access, control, tracking and reporting for all non-expendable property throughout the Mission and the general operation of stockrooms and warehouses. Position is responsible for overseeing service delivery within the Property section, to ensure services are delivered in conformity with Universal Service Standards (USS). Maintains and manages the ICASS furniture pool and recommends replacement schedules. Conducts spot checks and runs reports monthly to ensure efficient use and movement of USG property, as well as effective management controls for protection of USG property and resources. Supervises all Embassy auctions and ensures all disposal reports are completed per applicable regulations.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Four years' experience in administrative management, property supply, warehousing. or logistics management.
Education Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Good Working Knowledge of English (will be tested) and fluent Croatian is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Drivers' license is required, with a minimum of five years licensed. Basic math skills are required for appropriate conversion of weights and measures, truckload capacity, and currency conversions. Must have familiarity with automated systems applications such as word processing, internet, and e-mail applications. Must be able to communicate effectively to subordinates, contemporaries, and superiors to explain processes, systems, and reports, and to make recommendations on improvements of processes or expenditures. Must have strong attention to detail, be a good record-keeper, and have strong organizational and analytical skills.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
