Technical Customer Support (m/f)

Our client is a successful IT company headquartered in Boston, with offices in Zagreb, that has been present in our market for over 14 years. Known for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence, their services are used by over 80 companies worldwide. With a dynamic team and a strong focus on professional development, they offer an inspiring work environment that encourages creativity and growth. They are expanding their team and seeking a skilled individual to join their Customer Care team as a Technical Customer Support.


  • Receiving customer issues from 1st level customer care agents.
  • Providing 2nd level support by understanding and identifying problems logically and escalating them to the development team.
  • Proactively identify and report on bugs or problems with the solution.
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance services and relationships with clients.
  • Participating in daily and weekly meetings with Zagreb development team leads.
  • Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned or needed.
  • 1+ years of experience in technical software support and troubleshooting.
  • English: fluent written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
  • Familiarity with SaaS, Agile, Jira, and Zendesk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and logical skills to identify and solve complex problems.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to ensuring customer success.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Eager to grow professionally within a collaborative team environment.
