Technical Sales Representative (m/f)
Mjesto rada:
- Zagreb
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sale of software solutions and equipment in the graphic industry
- Establishing new and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
- Provision of pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Creation of technical presentations and demonstrations of how the product meets clients' needs.
- Handling technical documentation, preparation of necessary technical data on products and systems, preparation of the required technical data on products and systems, and assistance in preparing contracts from the technical aspect.
- Management and interpretation of customer requests.
- Negotiating the tender and closing the sale by agreeing to terms and conditions.
- Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
- Connecting with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Providing training and creating supporting material for other members of the sales team.
- After-sales support.
- Help in custom product design
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communications and sales skills, verbal and written
- Computer science or mechanical engineering
- Excellent MS Office knowledge - emphasis on Excel
- Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to develop, learn and constantly improve workspace and processes
- Self-initiative and proactive approach
