Summary:
The work schedule for this position is: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (4 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

This position serves as the single point of contact for all official travel at U.S Embassy Zagreb, including ensuring travel regulations are observed and compliant travel orders are issued prior to commencement of any travel; administers the Citi Travel Card program; develops, fosters and maintains excellent working relationship with travel contacts (hotel management, airline representatives, etc.) throughout Croatia; and assists with VIP Visits. The position reports directly to the General Services Officer.

LANGUAGE: English: Good Working Knowledge (will be tested), Croatian: Fluent.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills. Must be client/customer oriented and able to deal with upset or difficult clients. Must have a problem solving approach. Proficiency in standard office software.
