For our client, PARADOX MUSEUM, the most innovative and fastest growing company in the edutainment industry, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to join their team in Zagreb.

WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR (m/f)

LOCATION: Zagreb

Responsibilities:

Ensure proper storage and management of space allocation of merchandise products, exhibits, raw materials and packing supplies in the warehouse
Manage the order fulfilment process of inbound raw materials and packing supplies (contact with supplier, placement of orders, shipping, reception, unloading and storage)
Manage the order fulfilment process of outbound merchandise products and exhibits (picking, packing, loading, invoicing)
Receive, check, unload and store the incoming stock of merchandise products
Keep accurate and detailed records of stock movement, monitor stock levels by physically counting and ensure that physical and book inventory are always correct
Manage the shipment of merchandise products and exhibits in collaboration with Supply Chain Coordinator
Manage the procurement of all documentation (invoices, packing lists etc.) in collaboration with Supply Chain Coordinator, Production Manager and Finance Manager
Coordinate the implementation of the new warehouse and material management system
Update the Inventory Management System in collaboration with Supply Chain Coordinator and Production Manager
Set up, management, training and oversight over the team assigned to the warehouse, and accountability for teams' deliverables and timeliness in the assignment execution.

Qualifications:

High school degree
Proven work experience in logistics and/or warehouse management of minimum 2 years on a similar role
Strong written and oral command of English language
Self-management and organizational skills
Proven supervisory experience in leading a team
Sound computer literacy skills (MS Office, database)
Customer-oriented, team-spirited, results-oriented
