REVEAL by L'Oreal

WHAT:

REVEAL by L'Oreal is more than just a business game. It is unique experience that any student who is preparing to embark on a working life is invited to go through, regardless of his/her academic background.

HOW:

In a Web 2.0 world where virtual and real life are mixed, each participant assumes the role of a management trainee who has just arrived at L'Oreal and is pulled into an incredible adventure of cosmetic innovation. This leads him/her to meet many key players from the business fields of Sales Development, Finance&Controlling, Marketing,Operations and Research&Innovation.

WHY:

Through the game's story and situational exercises, the participants will reveal his/her talents while tackling the L'Oreal company culture. Once the game has been completed, the participant receives a personalized evaluation.

The ultimate goals for each participant are: to have a better knowledge of themselves and their talents, to explore the world of business and career opportunities offered by L'Oreal, and to get the opportunity of an internship or employment within the group.

WHO:

REVEAL session is open from 01.11.2011. and players (student of the final year or freshly graduated students) who will FINISH the game with excellent results will get opportunity to enter recruitment process in L'Oreal Adria d.o.o.
